Firstly, this is a motel not a hotel and definitely NOT 3 star. It was misrepresented online. The room had poor beds. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast area was from outside and upstairs - no elevator. To top off, there were cobwebs, and we killed 5 insects in 2 days. Yuk! There was also water stains from a leak, which explains the musty smell. The positive was the breakfast and the staff that we met!!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and the breakfast was awesome

Rooms were filthy. The first room we got put in had hair all over the bed so the staff moved us to another room that didnt allow pets. This was not better.
Bathroom floors were covered in hair, shower had mold, carpets didnt look like they have been vacuumed in months. Dead bugs in the room. Ants crawling around. Nothing was wiped down properly.
I would have changed hotels if it werent for our Girls Hockey team having to stay there for a tournament.
I expressed my concerns and was told they would look into it.
If anyone has any respiratory issues, I highly advise NOT staying here.
Never staying here again.

I had 3,nights booked here but on the second night I ended up checking out at 11pm and sleeping in my truck instead. First night the bed sink and bath all had hairs in them. Second night people moved in next door and since there is a door between rooms with a 1 inch gap at the bottom I could hear everything going on next door. Hear their conversation hear their music. Every can opening. When you book a hotel room you should expect privacy. Terrible hotel
Staff is friendly and helpful at the front desk and breakfast room. Rooms were clean an met the expectations of a budget friendly hotel. My lower review comes from several things that went wrong during our stay. The pump for the hot tub broke, the ice machine broke, and we lost water to both the rooms that we booked (I think the latter 2 were connected). Without room water, toilets included, we were required to move our things late one night. I would have said the proximity of the train was a non-issue if we hadn't needed to switch rooms, but the second set of rooms was closer to the tracks and on the upper floor making the trains disruptive to the light sleepers in our group. On checkout we were reimbursed 10% on the day we had to move, but on a 3 night stay this adds up to 3.33% off our bill which was not very noticeable. Certainly less noticeable than the late night move, and lack of amenities. Hard to give a bad review when the people were nice, but it wasn't a great stay and I expected better compensation. Ending on a positive, Breakfast was above my expectations with the usual continental style PLUS the hot foot which was scrambled eggs, sausage, and a waffle station. (Side note to policy makers, if the hot tub had been open, we would have liked to start or end our day with a nice soak. 9am to 9pm doesn't really allow either one to occur.)
