- PLPaul LauApr 11, 20225.0Nicky was very friendly at the reception desk. Makes you felt very welcome. I was address by my name when I walk into the clinic. She was also very helpful with questions I have for her. It seems she is new at this clinic. Very friendly and helpful individual. Sherly, the audiologist, was very helpful, she asked all the right questions which help my hearing issue. I have brought a pair of Hearing Aid months ago prior to Sherly's arrival. It was not calibrating correctly. Sherly has a lot of patience with all my questions and re-calibrate the Hearing Aids by have my hearing re-tested. Then she took the time to recalibrate the pair hearing aid and re-test them again with me wearing them on with another machine to ensure they are working for me properly. I must say, my hearing now is 100 times better before I went to see her. I must say, Sherly is a passionate professional and knowledgeable in her field of audiologist. Welcome to Richmond. I will highly recommend my friends or anyone in needs of hearing issue to see Sherly.

Made an appointment. When we got there, they made us wait. And couldn't do a thing for us. They were very rude about it. We will not be going back to that clinic

Well I went yesterday and different story will never go there again .yesterday and see
