  Tiffany is amazing! She is so patient, so caring, and interacts with elderly patients in such a kind and respectful way. I highly recommend Tiffany and Connect Hearing to anyone, but especially to the elderly. They ate a full service provider and for many elderly people who suffer hearing loss, the higher price tag comes with invaluable service that will help seniors adapt to their new hearing aids. Costco is good if you don’t need the patience and service and time to adapt to new hearing aids but that service is critical for many seniors who have difficulty adapting to new hearing aids and that is totally worth the additional cost because if seniors have difficulty adapting, they will simply not use their hearing aids which will eventually result a higher chance of dementia as their loss of hearing will cause them to withdraw from those around them.

  Tiffany Ip has been amazing. She is so professional and understanding. I didn't quite understand how to care for my hearing aids after I received them and she was right there to help me. I highly recommend her and everyone at Connect Hearing!!

  I have an excellent experience that I recommended Connect Hearing to my relatives who need hearing aids. I’ve gone to two hearing aids providers but my experience wasn’t good and ended up not getting any device. But Tiffany of Connect Hearing was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining the results of my tests and the devices. The follow-up service is also top notch.

  My dad & I both needed a bit of an assist with our hearing aids and our timing was off at two separate locations on Vancouver island so we thought we'd attempt a visit to Richmond location for Hearing Connect! And they assisted us so very well! Barbara's assistance was exemplary, she was super friendly and that's all we needed too!
