  Knew my hearing was getting bad so I checked Costco and had to book an appointment for a month that was a bit different Then I asked a friend who had Costco hearing aids and he advised me on his poor service and long waits So I did more checking and found some more issues with Costco I’ve been a Costco member since 1987 So I went to connect hearing got tested got my hearing aid from them and I’m very happy with the aids Will recommend Connect Hearing to all my friends

  I had my hearing test and was fitted for my hearing aids in Comox. Both staff members were helpful and professional. Since then I've been to Qualicum Beach for my check up and to have the aids tweaked after one was lost for a couple of days. Here too, both staff were friendly and helpful. Connect Hearing has top notch staff.

  Very informative and friendly staff. Betty , the Odiologist went over all the options and explained the advantages of one hearing aid over others. Very pleased, easy transition.
