I just upgraded my hearing aids with Connect Hearing and am very impressed with how well they work in the car. If I am in the back seat, I used to have trouble hearing cut the conversation from the vehicle's noise. But since I upgraded to these new Phonak aids, I can now participate better with the rest! Shelley is an excellent teacher in helping with little challenges I have had. She is patient with us!

Man you can't get any better serve then the Penticton store! You phone them up with a problem thinking it is the end of the world for you, they say come on in to the store and five minutes later your walking out with a big smile on your face. Thank You Again and have a Great Week.

If I was able to give 10 stars, I would! Shelley Matheis, RHIP, at the Penticton office of Connect Hearing is absolutely the BEST. She is 110% professional, attentive, and skilled. Although my hearing aids, purchased from that office, are now 6 years old, a recent deterioration in my hearing led me to seek her help. She did a new hearing test, fitted a higher power receiver to one aid, and adjusted both to my decreased hearing. I am DELIGHTED with the results. When these older models finally quit, I will instantly see her for replacements. You just don't find Customer Service like this any more, and I couldn't be happier.
