  The audiologist is rude and not helpful at all. I have been to other locations and had an outstanding experience. But this location has proven to be non existent. I can’t see the franchise allowing this person to continue working there. I know aggressive dogs with a warmer attitude. Sad. Went to Qualicum location and Nicole was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Make the right choice. Do not go here. Life is too short.

  1 star is rather generous....my wife who is not a client had a minor emergency and went in asking for help. Unbelievably, staff stated "you are not a previous customer" and we will not help you. We called Jon at Parksville hearing and again we are not current customers yet he was more than welcoming and solved my wife's problem gladly. NEVER, never deal with CONNECT hearing......we'll share this story with all of our senior acquaintances. LOVE Jon and please avoid CONNECT Hearing

  The staff at Connect hearing are great to deal with and Shannon the hearing practitioner explained the entire testing procedure. I have been using hearing aids for about 18 years and in the last 2 years my hearing has worsened and I was worried nothing could be done. Shannon set up some new hearing aids and now I can hear much better
