  Good experience.The audiologist (Rhea) was very professionally clear with answers regarding my concerns and questions. The time needed for the detailed hearing comfort and choices of aids was very satisfying. As a person of curiosity, the experience could of been better if I could of gotten more or a better technical understanding and explanation on what's was on the computer sceen regarding the testing results and adjustment. I realize not all patients have the same curiosities though. With my overall satisfaction, I recommended a friend to book an appointment with Rhea, unfortunately it ended up being with a different audiologist at the same buisness office. He told me his experience was not as pleasant. I will leave it up to my friend if he so pleases, to let you know his experience.I am now a little reluctant to offer recommendations to Connect Hearing.

  Excellent staff, excellent facility. Very attentive and taking time and patience to go through tests and setup with client. Despite the gadget did not quite fit our need, we thank the staff for the 5-star service ❤️
