  I have never in my life been treated so poorly and rudely.by a front desk worker. The rooms smelled of a mixture of mold and curry. The AC or heat pump unit was moldy...and this was the second room we went to after the first one was so smelly it made our eyes water...rude and unfriendly front desk manager made comments about my sexuality shoukd be fired and lawsuit pending...if you are rude and hate people...perhaps you shouldn't work in the service industry....even if its in nanaimo.

  An unexpected stop over and had zero personal supplies - Arrived late at night and the front desk agent, I think his name is Tyler, was amazing !!! I asked him if he happened to have toothbrushes and he did he also kindly provided me deodorant and a comb. I had a car problem and had to stop unexpectedly, thank you Tyler!! Also the room was super clean and bed so comfy, all the morning staff were so pleasant they said hi and asked if I slept well!! Breakfast was also really good too. So an unexpected stop over was not only a great relief after being on the road but enjoyable!!!! Thank you !!!
