I had an excellent experience at Connect Hearing in MR. Elizabeth is a true professional who goes above and beyond. She listens carefully, is patient, and knowledgeable. Trust her expertise to recommend the right hearing aids for you. She kindly devoted her time and expertise during follow-up sessions to meet my specific needs. She introduced me to Phonak accessories like TV Connector, Roger On V3 microphone which were incredibly helpful. She and her friendly, helpful staff made me always feel welcome and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend Connect Hearing. Thank you for a great service!

I have received five years of excellent service with hearing tests, hearing aid instruction and physical maintenance. This office and its products run (as it's said) like a swiss watch

I dealt with the receptionist a few times and she was very helpful and patient with me as I am new in town and didn’t know where they were. I found out it’s completely accessible for the disabled. The washroom is very clean and I thanked her for it. My appointment was with Liz. She was very professional, warm, and knowledgeable. I liked her Immediately, and appreciated her demeanor. I recommend this business wholeheartedly. Many thanks from, Lyn Ayre
