  I just got my first hearing aid and can really recommend Connect Hearing Ladysmith. Shannin is a consumate professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed and the follow up is all included in the price. Crystal at the front desk is very welcoming and efficient. Stars all around.

  I didn't want to go. But, I was really glad I did. These people are amazing. The level of professionalism is very high. The equipment and staff are high quality.

  I had my hearing tested by Eunice after visiting Connect Hearing with my mother who was getting fitted for a hearing aid. I was very impressed with Eunice and her knowledge and service.
