I just got my first hearing aid and can really recommend Connect Hearing Ladysmith. Shannin is a consumate professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed and the follow up is all included in the price. Crystal at the front desk is very welcoming and efficient. Stars all around.

I have dealt with Eunice for a couple of years since she moved to Ladysmith, she has always being friendly, upright and knowledgable in her chosen profession. She has provided me with a number of alternatives to the current aids that I have and although I have yet to change it was interesting to see what else could be made to make my hearing better. I would have no hestitation in recommending her to anyone with a hearing problem and have already given her a reference to one of my golfing friends who has transferred from another hearing clinic and has indicated that he also enjoyed her professionalism.
