Friendly and professional staff. The audiologist was very professional and kind. She took the time to explain the results and options.

Great customer service and excellent experience from start to finish. Nancy Holt gave an excellent presentation about her role at Connect Hearing as part of our Kelowna Business Networking Professionals group last year and invited each member of our group to have complimentary hearing tests done. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful through the entire process! Great business!
