  My family and I stayed at this hotel during second week of June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very large to accomodate three adults with ease and comfort . The breakfast was also very good and offered a range of hot and cold options. As a vegetarian, the breakfast lady kindly arranged a separate steamed veg dish for me upon request. Most importantly, the hotel staff were very kind, polite and helpful specifically the manager, Michelle and the front desk staff, Leena, whose customer service was exceptional ! All in all, highly recommended to everyone who wants to have a stay in Kamloops :) , Haleh

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic, Eco-Friendly Stay in Kamloops! ​We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Kamloops Hotel! The location in Lower Sahali is incredibly convenient—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a quick drive to downtown. ​The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. We loved the views of the valley from our window! A major highlight is their indoor saltwater pool and hot tub—and they even have a lazy river feature, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of driving.

  Terrible experience. Complimentary breakfast was very poor. Dirty amenities and the and top of everything was charged for a different rooms noise complaint without any consultation. Will never stay here again. BUYER BEWARE. Thank you for your response. However, it completely misses the core issue of my review: the lack of professional courtesy, communication, and basic investigation before financially penalizing a guest. My primary grievance is that no one from your staff consulted with me regarding the noise complaints before assessing a charge to my card. Had your team taken the time to properly investigate the situation rather than making assumptions, you would have discovered that the disturbance was caused by other hotel guests who came to disrupt our room—not by our group initiating a disruption in the hallway.
