  The Connect hearing representative was helpful but, unfortunately, I cannot wear these hearing aids due to acute ear canal pain and inflammation when I wear them . Several types of ear canal inserts were tried however I was given only 1 day to decide whether to keep the hearing aids after the final change was made. This has been a total waste of several thousand dollars. To say that I was not pleased with the overall experience is an understatement.

  Went for my first hearing test. Great experience. Staff were all lovely and the technician was so informative, sweet, kind, and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

  Today I went for my hearing aid test and it was a good experience. Everything went well and the staff were very helpful. They explained each and everything in detail and properly.

  I just recently upgraded my 3 year old hearing aids to a noise refusing type. I was extremely pleased with the way Eunice Estrada (practitioner) tested and explained in detail the results of my latest hearing exam. She also described the step to step use, care and maintenance of the new aids. She was very pleasant to deal with and my overall experience was excellent. The front end staff were also very helpful adding to the overall experience.

  Staff at Connect Hearing in Duncan, BC are always professional, friendly and helpful. I have always had a good experience and the staff are very thorough and honest. They listen to your needs and concerns and advise accordingly. Very positive experience.
