  The Connect hearing representative was helpful but, unfortunately, I cannot wear these hearing aids due to acute ear canal pain and inflammation when I wear them . Several types of ear canal inserts were tried however I was given only 1 day to decide whether to keep the hearing aids after the final change was made. This has been a total waste of several thousand dollars. To say that I was not pleased with the overall experience is an understatement.

  Went for my first hearing test. Great experience. Staff were all lovely and the technician was so informative, sweet, kind, and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

  They are really good listen to what you have to say and help you as much as they can the staff are really good very friendly make you feel very comfortable when you are with them
