The audiologist, Vera, is very knowledgable, helpful and extremely patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and those that she wasn't sure of she researched and answered at our next appointment. The hearing aids have made my day to day activities 100% better. All in all Vera, Chelsea, the receptionist, and the South Delta branch get a 10 out of 10.

From the warm and friendly greetings of all the staff, to the highly professional and caring interactions, I was thrilled with my entire experience at Connect Hearing in Tsawwassen. Verna approached me and my hearing challenges with thoughtfulness, kindness, and dignity. Verna learned about my hearing challenges and worked diligently to meet my individual needs. If you are looking for a great place to get help, like I was, this is the place.
