Had prblems at the New West location - real big argument! I was so mad at them - they canceled an appointment my son desperately needed and had been waiting for, for weeks, not being able to hear anything. We get there, the lady at the front nonchalantly tells me the appointment has been canceled, weeks ago. I protest that nobody contacted or informed us, this lady had the gall to suggest perhaps I was lying! I'm afraid to say I blew my top, (bad customer service a particular irk of mine,) and then blew it again when corporate called me and tried to lecture me! I told her to put it where the sun don't shine.
All that said, I was ready to move on from Connect Hearing totally, but the problem was my son's hearing aids were branded to, and could only be serviced by.... you guessed it, Connect Hearing. So, against a wall, I swallowed my pride and contacted THIS location. Sure enough, after describing my problem with the previous location, they checked and got an earful about our argument. Even still, they were MORE than willing to accommodate us, treated us BOTH with courteousness and kindness. No argumentative lady up front calling me a liar. In fact, of the numerous times we've been there we were seen immediately, without any wait.
After the horrible experience at the New West location, I CANNOT recommend THIS location enough - night and day difference, and the Austin location is all sunshine!
