  We are very grateful to this company for their warm and caring attitude toward us. During our visit, we received not only professional assistance but also two hearing aids, which are very important to us. My mother had significant hearing loss, and the specialists did an excellent job adjusting the hearing aids to meet her needs. After the adjustments, she was able to hear much better, which has made a big difference in her everyday life. All the staff were kind, patient, and attentive. We truly felt their sincere desire to help and support us. Thank you very much for your care, professionalism, and kindness. We deeply appreciate everything you have done for us.

  It was truly wonderful, the staff is friendly and professional and even fun - they worked really hard to allow me to apply for workbc benefits and sent the perfect reports and requests to workbc and to my boss so he too could approach workbc. It is wonderful to not have my co-workers cranky at me because they have to repeat themselves. But, I sure did not know life was so ding dang noisy. LOL And thank you so very indeed - you have even let me come in without appointments when I wasn't sure how to deal with hearing aid problems and taught me how. Again, I think you are all amazing.

  Jinnie was very helpful with setting up my hearing aids. She also took her time to adjust the sound volume and tones for my liking. I have already recommended Connect Hearing to two of my friends. Thank you very much. Bob
