  I have been going to Connect Hearing for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today was a very different experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and very condescending. I am seriously considering going to a different hearing clinic.

  Excellent service. Ian is knowledgable, patient and considerate. Rita at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my hearing aids.

  While visiting your area I dropped my hearing aid case and broke it. They were kind enough to replace it for me even though I am not a customer. Very much appreciated! Great service
