Ian was very professional and helped me with fine tuning my hearing aids. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming.

I have been going to Connect Hearing for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today was a very different experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and very condescending. I am seriously considering going to a different hearing clinic.

Excellent service and quality. I have dealt with Connect Hearing as long as they have been in business, both in Campbell River and in Parksville. Always good service from everyone!! I would not think of dealing anywhere else!!! Thank you Olga, Ian, Shirley and Christina!!!
