  Great place to stay in Burnaby. Very clean. Courteous and professional staff. Lots of siren sounds in the area but that’s an external factor. Hotel was great!

  It’s really good service and I really love the patient and care on customer service. Today, Zzach helped me not only WiFi service, but also downloading gaming issue with my laptop. I am really appreciated for the extra care service for the customer.

  Nothing wrong with Hotel just the location of our room was right close to the road. It was really loud. There was a homeless guy sleeping at the bottom of the steps. There’s also a few few bullet holes in the lobby glass.

  Staff are amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The new Breakfast service was very good, lots of choices. The room was great, well maintained and clean. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area.

  The COO of our company had to stay here one night as there were no other nearby options. Property is listed as a BW Plus but horrible room, so dirty he had to sleep on top of the covers. Also booked this room online and it did not say it was an adjoining room so he was awake most of the night due to the people in the next room. I called the manager to inform him of the experience, he was supposed to call me back, I had to call 3 times before I was finally able to speak to him about the experience and explained about the dirty room, noise next door and nothing indicated on website that it was an adjoining room and he offered to deduct $50.00 off his stay...pathetic. He said his hotel staff did not tell him that there was a problem at check out and he seemed to be really firm on that so he thinks perhaps we were lying, not too sure. But this is most definitely not a Best Western Plus and most definitely not a 4 star hotel as indicated on their website. Our company will never use this hotel again for all of our travel needs, plenty of other hotels to choose from. If you are looking for a 2star hotel this would be the place to stay.
