  The staff was nice and location was perfect but other than that I don't think I'll ever come to this location again and actually very upset. I have NEVER complained about a hotel as I give them a lot of grace cause I know it's hot or miss and I know what I'm paying for. The bathroom sink would take over five minutes to drain, the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The air conditioner was SO loud and not just blowing air loud but rattling and banging like pieces were loose loud. So I had to turn it off and choose being hot instead. But the absolute worse part is the beds. I think this is probably the most uncomfy hotel bed I've ever laid in. It is 12:30am and I can not sleep due to heat and my hips and shoulders already being in pain laying in this bed for less than an hour. I am staying for two nights and already dreading coming back to sleep here tomorrow. I saved for a few months to make this stay possible so my son could visit his best friend and it's sucks I spent my one chance this summer to stay in a hotel I could not sleep or be comfortable. This was a mini vacay for me too and it now feels wasted. Very very upset.

  The room was big. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was not really hot. Cold has browns other then that food was good. The pool and hot tub is decent.. However upon checking out I found a bed bug crawling and I informed the front desk. Was not offered anything. I was rushing to check out as we were late. I then called the hotel the next morning to remind them the room to get it cleaned. And was not offered any type of refund. After explaining how I need to fumigate everything before I bring it into my house.

  Have stayed here often but this time was awful. Two ball teams on our floor with little to no supervision. Running and yelling in the hall until early morning hours. In the breakfast room the next morning there were kids putting the whip cream dispenser in there mouths and shooting cream. The room was clean but the toilet made a noise all night and the bed, which is usually medium to soft, was hard as the floor. It was a terrible night and when we let the front desk know all she had to say was sorry.

  Paid $335 to take kids swimming for the weekend. The pool broke or something and the kids weren't allowed to swim. They wouldn't check us out or offer a refund. Wouldn't stay here again because when inquiring about the issues the staff member was extremely rude as well. Stuck in a hotel room with 5 tv channels and 3 kids for multiple nights. Total waste of money!! Aside from the pool breaking you'd think they would interview staff before hiring them for front desk. Never Again!!

  Amazing food, very clean hotel and rooms, great service, breakfast buffet was always great. We would definitely stay here again.
