  We loved our stay! We got the whirlpool suite and our room was huge! King bed was comfy. The towels were great, the room came with a slightly larger fridge. The breakfast was great, we loved the egg bites. This is minor and shouldn’t impact your choice of where to stay, but Laundry facilities were an area that could be improved. Both dryers needed two cycles to dry 3/4 loads. This was kind of annoying because when I tried to get sufficient change the first time, the front desk lady said ‘No, no, it’s too much! That’s too much!’ lol what? I wasn’t in the mood to be judged for the amount of change that I needed and then end up needing to go down more change in the end?!?! Please stop the change shaming when it’s absolutely required. Be aware you may need to dry your clothes twice, but otherwise it’s a great place with a great location! Close to Starbucks, subway, nicer restaurants, etc.

  The breakfast has a good variety and is better than standard hotel breakfast. There are cereal, pastries, toast, yogurt, fruits, waffles, French toast sticks, boiled eggs, bacon, and sausage. It is served in a nice and spacious breakfast room. The hotel has everything you need. There is a nice pool with a hot tub, and a small gym with treadmills, a bike, and some weights. The space is comfortable, but the building is a little dated and could use some renovations. The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a good morning or hello, even the cleaning staff. Cleaning is done every day around 11 am without needing to ask. In fact, you may need to tell them if you do not want it. Overall, the service is great.

  Flew out to Edmonton for a family member funeral. It was a short stay for an unfortunate situation, but the hotel was great.
