  Beware of the new restaurant and the “complimentary” breakfast. It’s close to inedible. We had no choice but to go buy breakfast elsewhere, especially while travelling with athletes. Also don’t bother booking under a “group block” because you’re not saving any money and the cancellation options are trash if your weekend plans get cut short because of the way a tournament is set up.

  Spent 4 nights at this hotel, staff were friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast was good. I used their gym every morning, it is decent for a hotel gym. Room was clean, no smell, spacious on the king bed room. Washroom was spacious and clean. My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable, it sloped down to the headboard and then sloped left. Woke up with a sore back all mornings. Other than that, I had a good stay.

  Traveling through bad weather and and best Western plus great accommodations available for a late check-in And there was an actual human at the desk when I arrived ready to go Quick check-in

  Travel to okotoks for work and this is my favourite place to stay. Staff is excellent, room is well appointed. I took the opportunity to use the pool and hot tub last trip an it was a good amenity. It is in a great location across from Costco and other stores. Save On foods is also close
