  There was some sort of kid's event was going on while we were staying for our anniversary. It was great at first, then you could hear people yelling and talking in the halls throughout the night. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't sleep well at all from the noise in the hall.. Other than thin doors, the bed was comfy, plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean. Watching TV was a nightmare.. Fuzzy reception, audio delay and no Netflix. I thought all hotels had it. We won't be returning.

  This was a wonderful hotel to stay! We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues! The hot tub was clean and hot, but the swimming pool was freezing! There is also a slide for the pool which is fun for kids and adults. I really appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, etc.. that was available 24 hours a day right beside the elevators. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. We will definitely stay there again! 💯👍🏼

  Been visiting for quite a while Best Western Lethbridge. Amenities are standard of a 3 star hotel. Reception is always welcoming especially Ellie. Breakfast is served in a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean & comfortable with up to date technology. The main difference are the people. I always receive a warm welcome when Ellie is present. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade Ellie & Ashley.

  This is an awesome hotel and we will be booking our next visit to Lethbridge at this hotel. Staff were awesome, the room was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options... The hotel is close to so many amenities - a lot are within walking distance.

  Very nice room and it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and it is conveniently located. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to pick from.
