  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

  Fox Creek Best Western provides outstanding service, from the friendly front desk check-in to the exceptionally clean rooms and comfortable beds. One feature that truly sets this hotel apart is the complimentary supper offered five nights a week. Tonight, I arrived a little after 8:00 PM, and the staff still went out of their way to prepare a hot meal and salad for me. The food was excellent, and the level of customer service was greatly appreciated. This extra level of care and hospitality makes Fox Creek Best Western stand above many other hotels. The complimentary supper is a great added incentive and demonstrates their commitment to guest satisfaction. In closing Rocky make sure we’re taking care of and understands what real customer service is which makes the property stand out !

  Amazing experience overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thanks to Kamaljot for providing outstanding service throughout our stay. She was very polite, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

  I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and while the facilities were excellent, the outstanding service at the front desk truly set this experience apart. ​From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth. The young lady named kamaljot at the reception was incredibly professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing local recommendations or handling my check-in with such a positive attitude, her helpfulness made a huge difference in my stay.

  I had a great stay at the Best Western in Fox Creek. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and everything worked perfectly, which made my stay very relaxing. What really stood out was the customer service—especially kamaljot at the front desk. Kamaljot was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Always welcoming and ready to assist with anything I needed.
