  Nice room but jacuzzi tub is a air bubble tub not jacuzzi. Other than that stay was great food at the restaurant very good.

  The rooms are spacious with very comfy beds, and the free full hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Having an on-site pub was super convenient, plus the Wi-Fi was great and very reliable. To top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly throughout my entire visit.

  Premier Smith's town hall meeting, it's not rocket science to figure out that many people in one room requires air conditioning and even fans to bring in fresh- pretty disappointed in sitting in sweltering dead air! And I would of happily paid for access to wifi but no open Wi-Fi would connect, is best western or the town of Edson running a Wi-Fi blocker - 15 miles out before I got roaming Wi-Fi again. All-in-all nice folks in Edson but poor customer appreciation.

  Staff tried to accommodate my mother and I as best as they could. As I requested to have a room that had a taller toilet and grab bars as it is a challenge for older people or people with knee issues to use the bathroom. Not many rooms have the equipment for older people. Imo grab bars and taller toilets should be standard. Overall our stay was quite good other than that. The staff did their best to accommodate us,but lacked the equipment. Even just a booster seat for the toilet would have been good.

  Our team stays at the Best Western High Road Inn regularly for work, and it continues to be our preferred hotel time and time again. The accommodations are spotless, well-maintained, and provide everything needed to relax and recharge after a long day.
