I needed custom earplugs urgently before a work trip out of town. This clinic went above and beyond to expedite it to my resident so I had them in time. Perfect fit, great service. Highly recommend!

Went for tinnitus therapy and all I got was an overpriced hearing test even though I said I have just got a hearing test done.

I had a very positive experience here. Everything was explained to me very clearly, all my concerns and questions were addressed and the gentleman who helped me was kind and patient. I am very happy with my hearing aids and have had no problems since I received them.

Was in the clinic last week for my testing. It was definitely most pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly. I even got my hearing aid the same day. The hearing specialist was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgable in her field . The Collingwood location is highly recommended.
