  I really didn't want to start wearing hearing aids. I felt that I was too young. Joseph McGillivray, the Hearing Aid Professional did the hearing test and explained everything to me very clearly. The follow ups were excellent and helpful in getting me used to wearing the hearing aids. Connecting my phone to the hearing aids was a bonus. The price was great. The staff members at Connect Hearing are very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone.

  My mom was in tears after her experience at this clinic. She's still really upset and her appointment was over a week ago. The lady at the desk wouldn't even look at her while she "helped" her. The audiologist didn't believe one word my mom said. In the end, they didn't help her. They treated her like she was subhuman. I'm absolutely disgusted with her recollection of the experience. If you've had a stroke or have difficulty expressing words and processing information, don't go to this place. They were demeaning. I'm really disappointed.

  The receptionists as well as audiologist (Joseph) are extremely friendly and courteous. They make us feel at-home and respond to our queries with workable answers.
