  Very happy both Vanessa and Krista went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was both friendly and professional. Could not have asked for better. My hearing aids were fitted and adjusted to ensure that I have the quality sound that I need.

  my experience here is based on 2 visits. I was given an appointment, I show up then told it was not for that day. They would not even change the appointment or make arrangements to see me that day. I walk away without being able to hear, no adjustments made on my Aide. I was upset. I am in the dark. I feel as I cant hear. I am not connected to this world. I walk out and call another clinic on the North side of the same company. Amazingly I was asked to come in within the hour. Attitude and service was totally the opposite My aides adjusted and I was back to hearing and felt I was worthy of this world again at the Mira clinic. I would never go back to Pleasant View clinic as I feel the front desk lady Ida, has no empathy, compassion and customer service skills for clients who can't hear when they have purchased their aides right from this clinic. Horrible attitude! No offers to help by calling another clinic and see if client could be seen elsewhere.
