  I visited Connect Hearing as part of protocol to see an ENT specialist and have a hearing test. They were extremely cooperative, quick, and respectful. I highly recommend

  my experience here is based on 2 visits. I was given an appointment, I show up then told it was not for that day. They would not even change the appointment or make arrangements to see me that day. I walk away without being able to hear, no adjustments made on my Aide. I was upset. I am in the dark. I feel as I cant hear. I am not connected to this world. I walk out and call another clinic on the North side of the same company. Amazingly I was asked to come in within the hour. Attitude and service was totally the opposite My aides adjusted and I was back to hearing and felt I was worthy of this world again at the Mira clinic. I would never go back to Pleasant View clinic as I feel the front desk lady Ida, has no empathy, compassion and customer service skills for clients who can't hear when they have purchased their aides right from this clinic. Horrible attitude! No offers to help by calling another clinic and see if client could be seen elsewhere.

  Been coming in regularly to this location, for my hearing aids and adjustments regularly for over 3 years. Last appointment was as usual. Professional staff and top notch service. Thank you and keep up the great work. 👍
