On the evening of May 15, I spoke with Front Desk staff member Adeeb over the phone to request an extension of our stay for at least 3 to 5 more days for the three rooms we booked (Rooms 251, 252, and 253). Unfortunately, he only granted a one-day extension for two rooms and did not provide a clear explanation for everything and kept stating “just talk to my manager”. During the conversation, he repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking.
The following morning, May 16, he provided different information and stated that two out of the three rooms could actually be extended for more than one day, which contradicted what he told me the night before.
During our conversation at the front desk, he interrupted me again and attempted to assist another guest even though I was still actively speaking with him. Thankfully, the other guest redirected Abdeed back to my concerns.
I found Adeeb to be rude, unfriendly, dismissive of guest needs, difficult to communicate with, and uncertain about the information he was providing. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
I believe management should address this matter to ensure better customer service moving forward.

The best western plus city center Inn is a place like none other. The hospitality of the staff, from the chamber ladies, to the maintenance people, to the staff at the restaurant to the staff of the front desk. I feel so at home here, while I am on medical it is my home away from home🖤💙🫶🏽💜❤️

Stayed here last night as it was convenient for Royal Alexandra Hospital. It's also across the road from Kingsway Mall. Good hotel with all you need. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Room was super clean. No complaints. Would not hesitate to stay again.
We were in a renovated king-size bed room and it is lovely. Not overly large, nice, functional room. The staff here are excellent, from the front desk check in, the room service staff and the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly, positive and went the extra mile to make our stay excellent. We had to be in Edmonton for some medical things and we are less than 5 mins from the hospital. Thank you for making our stay stress free!!

Stayed here for the Auto Experience. Room was clean and comfy but would not recommend the restaurant for breakfast as the servers seemed to be very annoyed if you have any food allergies. Had a very pleasant dinner experience though. Molly the server was amazing and was happy to answer any questions I had in detail and was super friendly despite her being exhausted from having to cover a double shift. Whereas breakfast the server cut me off when I tried asking questions about the food for my allergies. Overall was a good stay but maybe go somewhere else for breakfast? :)
