My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the most friendly front desk staff ( A big thank you to George!) who not only gave us an option of what floor we would like to be on, but also allowed us to check out an hour later so we could enjoy our morning. That to us, was top level customer service!
The hotel room itself is very clean and bright! Big windows, clean bedding and floors, and when we turned on the TV it greeted us by name! The bed was very comfortable, lovely room temperature and wonderful toiletries provided in the bathroom. They even provided bathrobes for us to use! Came in handy when we went down to the pool for a swim. The pool itself was again, very clean and a bit on the chilly side, but we liked it! It was very refreshing.
In the morning, we tried out their complimentary breakfast and it quite honestly exceeded our expectations! Lots of options available and the lady who was working there (Unfortunately I didn't get her name!) was amazing. She greeted us when we walked in and came by our table to see how everything was. We had a pleasant conversation with her as well!
All in all, we felt respected, valued, and had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the time we left. My fiance and I visit Edmonton frequently and will be making this our regular hotel from now on. Thank you to all the staff there that made this weekend a great one!❤️
This Inn is not clean and the building is poorly maintained.
I was here with a group of people, we had a few rooms allocated to us. We were all on the 5th floor and a few of our rooms had issues: a CENTIPEDE was found in my room, another room had a giant puddle on the carpeted side of the room, and yet another room had crumbs in the cushions of the couch with a pull-out bed (as you converted the couch to a bed, the crumbs fell off the cushions and onto the bed). The AC units in the rooms were so loud as they ran that it would wake you up just as you were finally dozing off. It felt like they wanted to save on the utility bill so there was no AC being used in the hallways or in the common areas - the entire building had wet air all throughout. It's a perfect hotbed for bug infestations (wet & damp common areas with cold sleeping areas).
The staff seemed very nice and genuine, I don't want to take away from them, but it doesn't quite make up for how poor of a state this Inn is.
Stayed here for about 4 days (give or take), and had some fun.
I admit that I was very happy to be upgraded to a better room as they had availability, even getting my own bed for my hotel room (as I stayed with family during my visit to Edmonton.)
One of the biggest things that created disappointment for me was that they didn’t have the best food as I’m very picky, and I could tell that I didn’t like the food there. There weren’t as many kid friendly options when it came to the dining, although they had good sausages and eggs, even the bread was delicious. The cereal just threw me off, since I take my cereal VERY SERIOUSLY (lol!).
I loved the rooms however, with them being very comfy. Highlight of my visit on these pillows!
It was very quiet and comfortable, not to mention that for this price, it was great.
I wasn’t too happy of the pool, mostly just because there wasn’t a hot tub haha.
It was overall a great visit, but not enough to call it 4 stars.

My first concern began after making my reservation, when I was repeatedly transferred back and forth and received conflicting information from different representatives. Every call became stressful because I would start the conversation unsure of what answer I would receive, and I would end the call even more confused.
On June 22, 2026, I requested to speak with a manager and a ticket was raised regarding my concerns. Today, June 28, 2026, I still have not received any call or follow-up from anyone to address the issues I reported.
I would like to acknowledge Jaspreet at check-in, who was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Unfortunately, the room experience did not meet the expectations created by the pictures displayed on your website.
The issues during our stay included:
The door to the room with the two single beds was extremely difficult and took a very long time to open.
On June 27, 2026, after rainfall, we discovered water dripping from the window. Items we had placed near the window were soaked. I reported this to the front desk and was again directed to the manager, but no resolution was provided.
On June 26 and 27, we did not have toilet paper in the washroom. Despite contacting the front desk, no one provided any, and we had to use the supplies we had travelled with.
What was most disappointing was the overall customer service experience. The front desk and customer service process did not feel designed to resolve guests’ concerns. It felt like the focus was simply on handling calls rather than genuinely assisting and resolving problems.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Based on this stay, I will not be returning or recommending this property to others.
I hope management reviews these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the guest experience.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and I did not want to stay at this hotel again.
I checked and we were greeted by unpleasant staff, sighing like it was a chore to be there. The elevator was exceptionally quiet and the clear glass walls were mesmerizing! The rooms were very outdated. Lighting was very bad and the carpets, curtains and sheets had stains but didn’t bother asking the front desk to change them. Shower was VERY dirty. Hair and all kinds of other dirt was inside and the drain was clogged but I was impressed with the shower head! Not enough towels as always. The hotel was pet friendly but because of the thin walls you could hear every woof and meow. One dog would not stop barking. And because the rooms were very small we were not able to fit my puppy’s pen in the room. The one thing I really liked about the room is that there pillows were so soft!!! 😆
The breakfast was decent but it was always low. I barely got any hash browns. The chairs were nice and the food service was ok. Even though she was not willing to refill the ketchup bottle at my table.
The pool was a big disappointment. It always closed every time I went and when I did have the chance to get in, it was so small!!! And for some reason the echo in that room was so loud that every time a kid screamed I thought my eardrums were going to bust. No towels at all down in the pool.
The location was not very good. You have to walk across a very busy street to get to anything. (Watch for reckless drivers! Almost got hit once!) but the thing I found wild was that there was a lot of weird people hanging around there and my mom had taken one of our dogs for a walk around the hotel but was met by a very creepy man that kept trying to reach her but my dog was thankfully in between her and the man. He had kept following her around until she went back into the hotel to report the man.
Overall, do not recommend this hotel.
