I feel very confident with the services of connect hearing at the Riverbend location. Krista is very attentive, confident and efficient. I feel understood and am confident in her abilities. Gina is very cheery, always greeting everyone. She makes everyone feel special. The environment is clean, well maintained and bright. Elizabeth G. Delaware On.

I took my Mom to get her hearing tested and was immediately impressed by the attention and treatment shown to her by Tracy (Audiologist). Tracy had a way of explaining my Mom’s hearing decline based on the evidence. While her approach at the same time was kind and encouraging. I was also grateful that Denelle at the front was able to submit all the necessary paperwork to ensure we received the maximum discounts allowed. My Mom had opposed the idea of hearing aids. But, now wears them everyday and enjoys being a part of conversations again!
