  Bed was split down the length of the mattress and saggy as a result. Staff did not seen concerned or cared when informed

  Renovations made the hotel an eyesore. No network on TV in rooms, so no Netflix, YouTube etc available. Let the front desk know about it and their helpful suggestion was "you can just watch the channels in the guide". It's 2026 my guy... Breakfast wasn't good, wasn't fresh and everything in the breakfast area looked dingey. Won't be back EDIT IN RESPONSE TO HOTEL'S REPLY: TV COULD NOT CONNECT TO NETWORK. There was no option in the TV settings to. When I told the front desk this, he didn't care to fix it and just told me to watch the channels in the guide. I don't appreciate the flippant response or being talked down to, it cements my decision to not come back to this dump.

  Due to renovations price was good, great free breakfast , quite, but elavater repairs had to take the stairs , we were on the 3rd floor . Good friendly service, I would recommend to try.

  I was comfortable with my room, presently under minor construction. Have upgraded since the last time I was there
