  Todo fue de 10. Desde la recogida hasta la devolución. Zahid nos explicó todo muy bien y claro. Y el coche estaba muy bien para lo que pagamos. Muy recomendable alquilar con ellos.

  Last month I rented a Renault Clio from here, but they gave me a Skoda Karoq without charging any extra fee. The staff were very helpful and polite. I picked up the car in Sarajevo and returned it to Tuzla. Everything was great. My deposit was refunded. Thank you to your team.

  I am very unhappy to share this experience with Sixt. I loved our trip to Bosnia and people we met there but unfortunately Sixt tries to damage our memories about this country. I chooses Sixt because thought it is international company and they provide service according some standards. I was wrong - I still have not got back my 500eur deposit (I have letter that we returned the car completely the same condition). I rent the car 18th of June. They said "latest in 10 days money will be back on account". Today is 6th of July - no money. I called - they said we cannot help you, we send the email to customer service - there is no answer. They say it's bank's fault - I send them info from bank where is said that money is still blocked by Sixt. So - don't use this car rental company - better take local one - they are much more cheaper than Sixt and as I I get to know Bosnian people - much more friendly than these global companies which set higher prices and don't return deposit. My car rental cost +500 eur - I guess I for such money I could take private transfer. Never will choose Sixt also in other countries. very bad experience!
