Zu körperlichem und seelischem Wohlbefinden gehört für mich aber auch gesunde Bewegung, daher mein Motto: "Wer rastet, der rostet!" Ohne Bewegung baut der Körper sehr schnell ab, gerade wenn wir älter werden!
So war für mich ganz schnell klar, dass ich auch in diese Richtung noch mehr arbeiten möchte.
Die Weiterbildung zum zertifizierten Smovey Couch und meine 2-jährige Ausbildung zur Yoga-Lehrerin von 2017 – 2019 waren ein weiterer Schritt in diese Richtung.
