Dr. Susanne und Dr. Peter Planner gründeten ihre Kleintierpraxis 1991 in den Kellerräumen der Eltern. 1993 war der Neubau der Kleintierklinik bezugsbereit. Zuerst wurde der Betrieb als Kleintierpraxis weitergeführt. 1995 war offensichtlich, dass in Dornbirn eine Kleintierklinik – mit dem Service eines kompletten medizinischen Angebotes und 24h Notdienstes – benötigt wurde. Nach großzügiger räumlicher Erweiterung (350m2) wurde als besonderer Kundenservice die Katzenpension “Samtpfötchen’s Urlaubsparadies” angeschlossen.
