Bei unserer Farm handelt es sich um die erste „Indoor – Aquafarm“ Österreichs, errichtet auf einer Grundstückfläche von 1300m². Das bedeutet, sämtliche Becken zur Aufzucht der Garnelen befinden sich vollständig innerhalb eines geschlossenen Gebäudes. Die Zucht ist ökologisch / nachhaltig ohne jeglichen Einsatz von Chemie bzw. Antibiotika. Um die Energieeffizienz zu erhöhen wurden hohe Ansprüche an Isolationsmaterialen der Becken und Halle gestellt. Für eine optimale Nutzung der Grundstücksflächen, sind mehrere der ca. 40m langen Becken auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt.
