Wenn schon Wagyu züchten dann nur 100% WAGYU.
Es gibt sehr viele Züchter die das Wagyu Fleisch produzieren durch Einkreuzungen anderer Rassen und das Fleisch darf auch als Wagyufleisch gekennzeichnet werden. Dieses kommt aber dem Geschmack des Originals auf keiner Weise nahe. Unsere Rinder leben auf 1200 Meter Seehöhe und bekommen nur das Beste zum Fressen. Im Sommer sind sie auf unseren saftigen Wiesen wo noch sehr viele Kräuter von der Natur zur Verfügung stehen. Im Winter Füttern wir ausschließlich Heu von den eigenen Feldern, dazu gibt es eine eigene Getreide Mischung.
