Seit nun über 35 Jahren vertreibe ich – und nun auch mit meiner Gattin Aigul – weiße Trüffel (Tuber Magnatum Pico) aus Alba, schwarze (Perigord, Tuber Melanosporum) Winter-Trüffel aus Südfrankreich oder Italien (je nachdem, wo man bessere Qualität erhält), schwarze Herbst-Trüffel (Tuber Unicatum) und seit letztem auch im Sommer australische (Perigord) Winter-Trüffel und italienische Sommer-Trüffel (Tuber Aestivum) sowie seit fast 30 Jahren Kaviar (seit dem Jahr 2006 ausschließlich Kaviar von Walter Grüll).Weiters vertreiben wir Trüffelprodukte wie selbst produzierte, eingelegte Perigord (Tuber Melanosporum) Trüffel, Trüffelbutter, Trüffelnudeln und vieles mehr!
