Der zertifizierte Bio-Erzeugungsbetrieb Kochauf GmbH in der Oststeiermark hat sich auf die Erzeugung von
Fruchtsäften und Nektare spezialisiert. Die Familie Kochauf legt viel Wert auf den gezielten Umgang mit den
biologischen Ressourcen.
Die Fruchtsäfte bestehen zu 100 % aus dem ausgepressten Saft der voll am Baum ausgereiften Früchte,
welche vor der Beschickung der Presse sogar von Hand sortiert werden. Reinheit bei der Verarbeitung ist
unser oberstes Gebot. Darüber hinaus füllen wir die Säfte fast ausschließlich in wieder verwendbare
Glasflaschen. Ein Hauptbestandteil des Betriebes ist die Lohnabfüllung von Fruchtsäften und Nektaren, wobei
jeder Landwirt bei uns die Getränke von seinen eigenen Früchten erzeugen kann.
