  The best optician in the world. I needed glasses and it was my last day in Zurich. I went in and as soon as I entered, I was greeted by a kind gentleman salesman ( he had blond hair ), I can say he was the best salesperson I've ever met in my life. I have never encountered such a kind and polite salesperson in my life. He is very knowledgeable about eyeglasses and I'm sure he will be able to help you find the perfect pair that suits both your preferences and your face shape. The store is really beautifully decorated and designed, and its location is on one of Zurich's liveliest streets. I decided on the glasses, but unfortunately my flight was approaching so I couldn't pick them up. Go buy your glasses from that shop. Hopefully next time ! 🙌🙏

  Koch Optik an der Bahnhofstrasse wurde mir seitens anderer Kunden empfohlen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Ganz im Gegenteil, Hr. R. Schmassman war äusserst zuvorkommend, hoch professionell und scheute keine Mühe! Eine Dienstleistung, die man sich gerne auch in anderen Branchen wünschen würde. Sie war äusserst kompetent, freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um alles verständlich zu erklären. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben.
