  The technician was friendly and was honest upfront about the repair and price. Very good experience and will return if I need glass repairs in the future.

  Really bad installation. The guy that installed my windshield does not look professional. I saw him and was hoping he is not the one that gonna work on my windshield but he did . But I trusted them anyway. A week later we traveled out of town and it was raining in California. My windshield all leaking thru the windshield camera. I was so miserable. We have to find a way to stop the leak we bought a tape but it didn’t work we have to keep wiping the dashboard all the way to our destination but it’s still raining and we had to use a sunshade to cover the outside windshield to help some while we were parked at the hotel. . Really bad day for us . I will spread more rumors as they seem not to care when I reported to them .

  terrible service, i had a family member bring there vehicle in for a a simple window replacement. & a wire & or fuse ended up being affected & now the whole electrical system is down no head lights dash or nothing & now he is stuck with out transportation due to their incompetence. they said they are “sending someone out “ but no one has time to work around there mistakes . who ever trey is he should be retrained or terminated. especially at a franchise corporate owned business it’s unacceptable!! i would give 0 stars if i could

  My windshield had a crack all the way across. Made an appointment with Safelite for a replacement windshield with the technician coming to my home. Spyder was my technician. He texted me his photo. And called me asking if he could arrive early for my appointment. Yes, thank you. Spyder worked quickly & efficiently replacing the windshield. He was knowledgeable about the windshield replacement & very polite as well as nice. Some of my order didn't get on his order sheet, but Spyder looked in his van to see if he had the missing order part. He didn't. But, all in all, my Safelite experience was great. I would use them again.
