This place is not all it’s made out to be ..We have an open insurance claim but need to get 2 windows fixed.. over the phone they said they had the glass and said it would take 1 hour to fix.. when I got to my appointment it was now going to take 4 hours and I had to pay $750 out of pocket before hand and We left the car there came back 6 hours later figured it was all good when I got there it wasn’t touched no one called me they said they ordered the wrong glass and they couldn’t fix one glass with out doing them both at the same time… nobody called me to inform me anything changed.. I have not yet got my $750 back and cannot get ahold of anyone but corporate on the phone.. I do not recommend this place to get things fixed on your car and will not deal with them again.

Gotta give a huge shout out to Al for helping us out today! What a stand up guy. We had an appointment originally for Thursday May 14th to get the windshield and the back window replaced due to the hail storm we had in Springfield earlier in the month. Safelite called us on Tuesday and said the back window came in damaged so they REscheduled us for Saturday May 16th at 8am. Back story we needed to be on the road Saturday to get our son who just graduated and is starting an internship up in Kansas City on Monday the 18th. So time was totally of the essence. We got to Safelite at 7:50 am and the place was packed with customers...obviously, again due to the terrible hail storm. So, we reminded Al, who checked us in that we had to be on the road and we were stressing it hard! He said, I got you! Took the car in and got it going. Replaced the windshield and back window and we were rolling out of there at 9:45. Could not have been a smoother experience.
Thank you Al!!

My front and back windshield had to be replaced due to the hailstorm. My quote was for $758 but after I dropped off my vehicle, I went online to pay through the email they had sent me and my total went up to $820. When I called, the representative could not determine why it increased by $63 but she applied a discount and lowered my original quote by $9, to $748. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed they had not vacuumed out any of the glass and I had to wait another hour after my vehicle was “ready for pickup.” They had me pull my car back over to the shop, and I had to help them take everything out so he could easily access it. The next day, I got a notification that my total had changed from $748, down to $711 and I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t vacuum but there was no communication as to why but I did appreciate that they lowered it.

Unfortunately my car was the recipient of a terrible hailstorm April 28th in springfield mo that effected a lot of people. I was away at the time so I called them as soon as I got home and they answered my call immediately. After speaking to the rep I wanted to call around for other quotes. It's may 14th and I still haven't recieved call backs from other auto glass repair companies. I was able to schedule online and schedule for may 15th for a repair at my residence. A week before my appointment they gave me a call and advised they can schedule me for the 11th or 12th. I scheduled for the 12th between 12-5pm. On the 12th I recieved a call from rep (Cody) at 11am advising he could come earlier if I was okay with it, which was perfect for me. Cody was fast and efficient and he answered all of my questions. With how bad the storm was I am so grateful my car is up and running again. I have friends who cannot be seen until June or October at other companies, so safelite was definitely a blessing and affordable. I would highly recommend if you are needing something repaired quick and right.

Ordered service to have my 2008 corvette windshield replaced at my house (I ordered the premium service). The appointment date and location was changed and I had to reach out to you guys to find out why. First attempt, they had the wrong windshield, so I came back for my 3rd scheduled appointment and was told the delivery driver dropped a bunch of stuff and they had to make sure mine was okay. It was, but when the service was complete, I instantly saw the trim looked separated. I was told "that's just the way it is with these cars." Had I have known that before the service was done, I would have never had it done. On the way home, I could hear wind, so I reached out again and was told to bring it back. When I got back (again) they suggested perhaps the noise was the trim flapping in the wind and it was glued down more. I also showed them a scratch in the windshield which was met with "hmm. I've never seen anything like that before."
On a later date, I brought my 2014 Sonata to get the windshield replaced (I ordered the premium service) and when it was done, there was debris all over the drivers side area from the service. It was raining, and I noticed on the way home I did not receive new wiper blades or the windshield rain treatment. This lead me to believe that I didn't get new wiper blades or rain treatment on my 2008 corvette either, and I did not.
I've called customer service to attempt to resolve this, and the shop is not answering. I have no interest in scheduling another appointment to attempt to fix any of this. I just want my money back for the services I paid for that were not received.
Update: Nobody has reached out to me, and I've called in 3 times attempting to get it resolved and they still haven't done anything about it. Last I was told is that it was escalated and I need to wait 48 hours - that was 4 days ago.
