  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how smooth the entire process felt from start to finish. Michael, the technician, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work. They arrived within the expected time window and completed the repair efficiently without cutting corners. The quality of the work was great, and my windshield looks as good as new. What stood out most was the convenience and level of customer service. Everything was handled in a way that made the experience stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone in need of a repair or replacement.

  Wishing I went somewhere else. Brought in my 2018 Subaru Outback and at first they replaced the windshield with aftermarket glass, and weren’t able to recalibrate my eyesight cameras. I was annoyed because I knew that would happen (most of the time Subarus need OEM glass) but brought it back for replacement. Then they still weren’t able to calibrate the cameras! Cameras that worked when I dropped it off by the way. Basically wasted two days of my time dropping off my car and picking it up, super inconvenient.

  hit and miss , my girlfriend went here after i went here and had a ok experience woth my ev with a charge requirement to replace a window but this time they couldn’t figure out how to calibrate a Subaru outback after two attempts and told us to go to dealer to figure it out. also there printer doesnt work and need to work on communication and logistics on glass for calibration.

  Went 3/25/26 through USAA preferred vendor for windshield for a rock hitting my window and got it replaced. Had to take it back today on 4/1/26 (soonest appointment given) because a faulty bracket installed and my rear view mirror entire black portion kept falling down and wouldn’t let me adjust it so couldn’t see out my rear view mirror for days. Mind you taking about 2.5-3 hours each visit which isn’t bad but I’m missing/late for work each time. Then after completion today and hitting the highway I start hearing a sound I wasn’t familiar with and recorded it and sent it to my husband who told me it was air leaking around the windshield which gets 100% worse with increased speed. Called the shop multiple times couldn’t get an answer directly so finally gave up at 3pm and called regular customer service who confirmed it’s an air leak and with first appointments given now this 3rd appt and another error and nothing for the next 2-3 days (2 days away for in shop and 3 days away for mobile). So now I’ll be unfortunately driving in a vehicle super loud sounding like my windshield is going to break for the next few days and we’ll see if it can be corrected on next attempt or not. Definitely disappointed in this location as I’ve previously always used 410 location with no issues or errors and even more disappointing that I couldn’t even get a staff member or manager on the phone to discuss with me. Mind you I paid my $200 deductible and no one is even offering to refund that for this many inconveniences. USAA will definitely be hearing from me because this is super unacceptable.

  I’ve repaired my glass before with Safelite and it has always been okay, so I thought I would have a similar experience seeing that the ding on my window was tiny. The ones I have repaired in the past have been larger and they were still able to repair them. When the technician first arrived he didn’t even seem confident and warned me right away that the breakage could extend. I understand that this can happen but the breakage on my window was so tiny I didn’t think it would be an issue. So much so that he told me he couldn’t even see it until I pointed it out. When he finally told me he was done, there were lines extending from both sides of the initial small circular break. It looks huge now and it is beyond repair. I’m going to have to replace the whole thing. Please train your technicians better. I regret ever calling. I should’ve just left it.
