    I had a very bad experience with safelite. At first everything was good. I spoke to the representative when I first made my appointment and scheduled a tech mobile back glass instsll. The representative told me on the phone I could set up my payment arrangement on morning of. Thats what I tried to do. I tried to use after pay my approved amount was 500 at 1st then switched to 50. I tried to get safelite to work with me but they refused. They canceled my appointment without notifying me at all. No one contacted me to try to talk or help me at all. Mr. Black the manager at the nixa location didnt reach out to me either I was told he would. I dont not recomend anyone use this company at all!! I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.

    Can’t say enough good things about people who are willing to go above and beyond in customer service nowadays. My windshield was smashed from the recent hail damage and I thought I would have to wait weeks to get it repaired waiting first come first serve. I booked the appointment online and he came the very next day. My technician arrived earlier than expected asking if he could even come early. Yes of course! My car looks fantastic again with rain guard windshield and new windshield wipers too! Thank you!

    Ordered service to have my 2008 corvette windshield replaced at my house (I ordered the premium service). The appointment date and location was changed and I had to reach out to you guys to find out why. First attempt, they had the wrong windshield, so I came back for my 3rd scheduled appointment and was told the delivery driver dropped a bunch of stuff and they had to make sure mine was okay. It was, but when the service was complete, I instantly saw the trim looked separated. I was told "that's just the way it is with these cars." Had I have known that before the service was done, I would have never had it done. On the way home, I could hear wind, so I reached out again and was told to bring it back. When I got back (again) they suggested perhaps the noise was the trim flapping in the wind and it was glued down more. I also showed them a scratch in the windshield which was met with "hmm. I've never seen anything like that before." On a later date, I brought my 2014 Sonata to get the windshield replaced (I ordered the premium service) and when it was done, there was debris all over the drivers side area from the service. It was raining, and I noticed on the way home I did not receive new wiper blades or the windshield rain treatment. This lead me to believe that I didn't get new wiper blades or rain treatment on my 2008 corvette either, and I did not. I've called customer service to attempt to resolve this, and the shop is not answering. I have no interest in scheduling another appointment to attempt to fix any of this. I just want my money back for the services I paid for that were not received. Update: Nobody has reached out to me, and I've called in 3 times attempting to get it resolved and they still haven't done anything about it. Last I was told is that it was escalated and I need to wait 48 hours - that was 4 days ago.

    I scheduled a window replacement appointment one week in advance and arranged my schedule accordingly, including taking time off work. On the day of the appointment, no technician arrived, and I received no prior notice of any delay or cancellation. After spending approximately 45 minutes on the phone, I was finally informed that the required window was not even available. This reflects a serious lack of planning, communication, and respect for your customers’ time. It is unacceptable to confirm an appointment without ensuring the necessary materials are in place, and even more concerning that no effort was made to notify me beforehand. As a result, I lost both time and income for an appointment that your company was not prepared to fulfill.

    Scheduled an appointment 4 days out. Date arrived and the technician no-call-no-showed. I called safelite 4 separate times to check on the status and each time was told “the local shop is busy and no one is answering, we don’t know what’s going on. We can leave a memo for the shop manager” Finally, on my 4th call, I was given the number for the shop directly. I called them THREE separate times and received no response or the optional to leave a voicemail. At 6pm I had accepted no one was coming. By this point, I have received ZERO communication through phone, text, or email about the status of my appointment. I woke up the next day under the assumption I’d surely be receiving an “we’re sorry” email or at least a reschedule email. NOPE! NOTHING! I had to take off of work to call safelite again only to FINALLY be told that allegedly “my windshield was still in transit” and that they’d be able to reschedule me for TEN DAYS IN THE FUTURE! Please keep in mind at this point NO ONE from safelite has reached out to me even ONE TIME. I guess they were just okay with taking $500 from me and showing up whenever they felt like it? Went to Autoglass now and got a new windshield for and wiper blades for 270 after tax. That’s basically half off. I cannot say this enough: stay away from safelite.
