  It was simple to schedule the windshield replacement. The technician (Marco) was prompt, and he efficiently removed the cracked windshield and replaced it with a new, meticulously cleaned one. I was fascinated by the procedure, which he graciously explained to me. I marveled at his economy of movement throughout. A great and learning experience!

  I am not a first timer with Safelite who has always been superb in attending to there customers. There is one young man, my service repair tech, Ira Day, whom I cannot overlook in giving 5 Stars. This individual is stellar in every facet! He is customer service driven, professional, and treats the property of his customer as if it was his own. If Safelite has any other technician with the standards Ira exhibits, you a gold mine, as well as continued longevity in your business existence.

  Safelite in Union City. Georgia is an excellent place. I appreciated their professionalism and their ability to get things done very quickly. And on my Toyota, they did have a Toyota replacement part they were also able to calibrate my camera in my windshield, which is, of course an important component of doing this work, which I greatly appreciated, rather than an aftermarket part. Everyone was so courteous. It's a very clean facility. And I also appreciated the fact that it's kind of set off in an industrial park in a rather quiet location. The facility is clean abd comfortable, if you have to wait, that can be important. And a nice little coffee tea station, Curtis and Anthony were the 2 associates that helped me and they were so extremely courteous, very professional and were very sensitive to my schedule as I was traveling and needed my vehicle before their closing time, and they really took that into account in getting things done sooner, rather than later. I'm very appreciative of the service I received.

  The communication was great until the bill came and they charged me for services not rendered. I have 2 wipers and they charged me for 3. When I called customer service to rectify the issue I was placed on an extended hold(I guess they thought I was going to hang up) and then hung up on. I was told this 2 chip repair could result in a crack. I have a huge crack across my windshield which I’m sure they are not going to replace since they told me this could happen. Used them in the past no issues with a full windshield replacement I guess they drop the ball when it comes to repairs and assistance after an issue has arises.

  I recently got a deep chip/crack in my windshield while returning home from a road trip, and Safelite immediately came to mind from the commercials I’ve seen. I’m glad I chose them! Kurtis R. , the technician who handled my repair, was extremely professional and clearly very skilled. When I got my car back, I literally had to do a double take—I couldn’t even see where the chip/crack had been. I even joked with him, asking if he had replaced the entire windshield! Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but the service was also very prompt. I’m truly impressed with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend Safelite and Kurtis R. —A1 service all the way!
