  Had a great experience with Safelite. Getting an appoinment was very easy to do online. The technician was actually an hour early and contacted me to make sure I was available. I appreciated that, great customer service, outstanding professionalism.

  Everything was done as they said it was. Car works great after the calibration of the windshield replacement. Was cleaned up not a shard out pierce of glass left anywhere. Definitely recommend them for replacement if out Tesla windshield!!

  Had to listen to angry customer while sitting in waiting room. Complaining that parts of the plastic flew off on the interstate. I asked if all the screws and fasteners were installed on my window under windshield wipers. I was assured they were all there. I opened the hood and found one missing. I had the have them replace it. Also I was told if the glass cracked days after installation, it wouldn’t be their fault. Now I’m worried.

  Had appt. to have windshield replaced. 1st told the recycling fee covered glass removal . I called waste management. Was told can dispose of windshield easily in landfill or trash by wrapping it. Called back to save 39.99$ fee. Then told the rubber rim had toxins in it; it might be the rim . And was told ONLY THE TECH could tell me . They called to verify. I explained only the tech could tell me after they might have to vacuum up glass. ( Vacuuming ,recycle fee??). Now , tech called, told me they are required to keep glass since I might possibly sue them if I got hurt from the glass. So their POSSIBLE fee is a definite fee. This could have clearly been stated on my first hr call. Surely seemed like plenty of subterfuge . Calling to hopefully find a company we can count on... Shout out for the tech , Steven. Polite and professional.

  Avoid at all costs. My first appointment, the tech was a complete no show. No call, text or anything. I rescheduled and received a call that the part was damaged and a new one needed to be ordered. It never arrived. They kept telling me it was someone else’s issue and had no explanation. JP, the manager, tried his best to help me, and I appreciated that, but there is still no explanation for why the glass never came in. I ended up going to Auto Glass Now and had no issues. Safelite is understaffed, disorganized, and unprofessional. This is not how you do business and I’ll never go back there.
