  My technician Tyrell made the whole experience great. He was polite, respectful, and professional. He did excellent work and wasn't afraid or nervous about my dogs, which is a huge plus in my book! I also appreciate the fact that as a mobile unit I didn't have to take my one year old granddaughter out to sit in some waiting area while they replaced my windshield. We were able to stay home where keeping her happy and entertained was much much easier! I would definitely recommend Safelight to my family and friends.

  Absolutely terrible. They were called for a windshield replacement. Broke my rear view mirror housing, and tried to glue it together. When I called him, he said he was ordering the replacement part. Came out installed the mirror housing. It was the wrong part. They put it in anyway despite it not fitting properly. Took the car to my tint place, found out the replacement windshield was cracked. Had to call again for another replacement. Today my second new windshield gets installed. He closed the plastic piece at the base of the windshield in my hood. I'm livid. I will never use Safelite again. This is turning out to be more expensive now that I have to order replacement parts and hire someone to fix Safelite's multiple screw ups! What are the chances that 2 separate techs break my stuff!?

  I was very pleased with the ease of the entire process with Safelite. Setting the appointment online was easy. The technician arrived timely. Que was very professional and courteous. He explained the replacement process as it progressed. I viewed his work and he seemed to be meticulous performing it. I am very pleased. I will refer others to Safelite.

  I had a terrible experience with Safelite. The technician insisted on calling me at 8 AM, which caused me to miss a service. After that, I contacted Safelite’s customer service more than five times, but they were completely unhelpful. They only said I could leave a message and that they cannot contact the local shop directly. A store employee did call me back and promised to inform the technician, but on the day of service, the technician still called at 8 AM again. I’m extremely frustrated and angry. I will never use Safelite again, and I will strongly advise everyone I know to stay away from this company.

  Used them twice. Last time a trim piece on the side of the window got broken. Only found out weeks later when it flew off at highway speeds. Didn’t say nothing about it. This time, had a windshield replaced 10 months ago, 15 phone calls later I’m still waiting for “a manager will call you back” on a simple damage claim. There was some damage to the car during install, and I showed the crew when I picked up the car, but since it was the weekend they said “a manager will call you back.” Nothing. Reached out to corporate many times. Had reassurance that current manager was let go. Every time the manager is either “not in” or “will call you.” Everyone knows they’re paying more to get their windshield replaced at Safelite. But that’s with the assumption that there’s accountability and customer service. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper so at least you expect to pay out of pocket for anything they break. Every time I get in my car I’m reminded of the blemish. Who knows, maybe a manager will reach out one day?
