    I recently had to get my windshield replaced and everyone was awesome from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Ashley. She was super friendly and made sure my son and I were comfortable. The guys even let my son watch the installation of my new windshield. I'll definitely be returning to this location if needed in the future!

    Avoid this place! Absolute nightmare, we had to get our entire windshield replaced and it was hell going through the process . We had to do about 5 different appt just to get what we needed . Extremely disorganized and lack of professionalism from all staff members . Ashley was the worst to work with, God forbid you had a question. She quickly spoke over us with an attitude and was just overall nasty.

    I cracked my wife's windshield trying to mount a cell phone holder..lol...found safelight on a website...filled out the info...made the appointment thru the app...someone called to confirm later that day...they came out at the appointed time set...had NO PROBLEMS with the install..Jay...great tech...completed the install within an hour...and was off to the next appointment...THANKS Jay...and Safelight team.

    Getting an appointment was a hassle. Initially did everything online but then the appointment would cancel without any explanation. Subsequent attempts to schedule at this location online always led to unexplained cancellations afterwards. Went in person to schedule (this branch is the closest location for me) but receptionist rude and had no concept of customer care or service. Other employees, while not explicitly rude, did not seem to care at all. Was told that rescheduling had to be done because glass needed to be ordered and the car couldn't come in at the original schedule, and when I asked why this was never explained the receptionist became hostile. Left and scheduled again online for a date further out and thankfully didn't cancel. Receptionist seemed better on second visit, seems she gets hostile when confronted with customer questions or complaints. They got the job done, but I noticed afterwards and saw that they didn't do the molding properly. I don't even want to deal with this location again. Following up at a higher rated location. The folks at Buford just seem indifferent to the customers coming in. Given the variety of reviews it seems experiences are hit or miss, but I think the inconsistency itself says something.

    TL:DR: Y'ALL GAVE ME A 5 HOUR WINDOW WITHIN WHICH TO SHOW UP TO DO THE JOB AND YOU STILL COULDN'T GET HERE ON TIME. AND BY THE WAY, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS TOO. The repair was good enough, the rest was a trainwreck. Set an appointment time and they gave me a window of 8am-1pm-- 5 hours within which to show up at my house to fix my windshield and they missed it. Tried to call them at 1255p to see what was up and they "transferred me to an agent" and the recording after transferring me said "we don't take calls any more" and basically hung up on me and told me to go to their website. Went to the site.... No place to engage over my issue of the tech lot showing up. The tech called me at 115p and told me he was on his way and I fussed over him being late and he told me they had him "run his schedule backwards today and that he had to come from Lula to Lawrenceville"-- where he was-- which also means. He had to pass within a mile of my house and didn't stop then. I had an appt scheduled for 130 at the office and they were mate so I ran over to the house real quick to give him payment, and he said he couldn't take it and that I had a link... Which I never had. So he started the work and I told him I had a meeting and asked him to send me the link. Well he didn't... And called me in the middle of my business meeting and wanted payment so I had to give him directions to my office where he had to interrupt my sales meeting AGAIN so I could tap my card. Like why didn't he just do that while I was at the house earlier? Insanity.
