  Used Safelite auto for TWO windshields I needed repaired, The tech “Chad” was awesome, he showed up on time, got right to work and finished up quickly. The install looks better than new. It’s nice to deal with a competent organization as well as employee. Kudos to Chad and Safelite for another Job Well done. Definitely a customer for life!!!

  The tech that came to my home started off very nice. I kept looking out my window to check on my car and I notice he was banging on my car windshield I walked outside and ask why was my hood up and he explained. When he was finished he was loading up his van and I notice my car was damaged. I asked him what happened, he couldn't even explain. I was so upset I called my husband video chat so he can see what this guy did to my car. The man had the actual piece he broke in his hand and I asked him to give me my part to my car . He did not want to and I said you cant take that I have to inform your company you broke it . This man almost didnt give me my part to the car ..it was broken in cookie pieces I couldn't believe it . This part os on top of my car and I asked him why would he be on top of the roof of my car if he is replacing the glass .? He still couldn't answer. I had called my insurance company to make sure they document the event and I also had to call safelite. This was a horrible expired, no apologies from the tech or the store he came from . No one called to speak to me about this. I would not recommend no one to deal with this company. They seem not to care about customers or if their workers damage cars while replacing the windshield.

  Jeffery was extremly professional and had the knowledge that older vehicles could be problematic. He took extra care with all the trim pieces assuring the trim was the best it could be and reusable.

  The Port Industrial Safelite service center in Jacksonville, FL did an excellent job. The manager and my service tech did an exceptional job keeping me informed. I was first car in on the install date and they had me on the road in under 2 hours. Well done!!!!

  The safelite tech was promot and very respectful. Auto glass repair is a very demanding job, especially here in northeast Florida. The roads, seemingly from so many accidents, continously have debris being kicked up and of course, making contact with an unsuspecting driver. It's nice to have a company that's ready and willing to solve that dilemma. I recently received a crack in my windshield while driving downtown on the interstate. I contactacted safelite, and in a matter of minutes, my claimed was completed, and my work order was assigned, and I was relieved. Thank You!
