  I was staying with one of my Caretakers Who was Recovering at the gold rush in and the front desk staff were very rude to her. As a Minor, I had to pay over 100 for a damage fee that was ONE towel. Due to the cold at the time, my dog didn't want to do his business and there was an accident with one towel. I was accused of throwing out 7 towels when I only damaged 1 face towel. I could understand having to pay for the damaged towel and I apologize for the damage, but 7 that I apparently damaged, when I barely used or touched any of them. That was over the top, and I had no more money for Christmas gifts for my family.

  Very comfortable & clean place to stay. Staff are friendly & helpful. Close to everything so you can walk everywhere.

  The hotel from outside seams like nothing, but nice inside. The reception are is nice and cozy. The staff of the hotel are polite and friendly. The hotel is Pet friendly but you have to pay for your pets. the rooms are clean and well kept for a Best Western. It's a Best Western not a Marriott Hotel, quality price it's fine. I do not recommande the restaurant. There nothing good to eat there, and the place smells like curry, if you like that fine, but I don't. if you want to have fresh food hand made not from a freezer and dump in deep fry, go to the edge water hotel restaurant, there's no compare.

  i’ve been a platinum best Western customer for many years and stay at best Western when I can. I’m very disappointed in the property in Whitehorse. Check in stuff not friendly I was not offered water or a welcome package, which should be automatic. When I asked about water, they said you have to be a member, which when i told her I was, she didn’t didn’t seem to believe me. She reluctantly gave me a bottle of water… thank you very much. When I asked about parking , parking is down the street a block and a half away, to me This is not satisfactory for what they charge for this hotel. They did not make up my room I had to ask on the second day, the third day I left at 9 AM returned at 2:30 and they had not cleaned my room for a third day They had done everyone else’s. i the floor. When I phoned, she put me on hold and have not heard back. Poor service I will not stay here again and please reconsider if you have booked, I would recommend cancelling, there are other hotels in Whitehorse. One last note, the security with the keys seem overboard. The stairs, leading downstairs are right outside my room so I use them, they lead outside which at the bottom of the stairs there are empty pill bottles and garbage. You cannot access any other floor on the way down once you start, your locked out.
