All the common areas of the property were clean and well maintained. Great place to stay if traveling to the area for work or pleasure. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I was surprised and irritated at the undisclosed fee about dogs--a $25 bounty per dog, per night, that came to over half of what I am paying for a two night stay. One of the young men at the front desk was not only a smart aleck, but he was laughing at me. I was irritated and had asked for a disclosure of this fee, per night, per dog. I have 2 old, 12# dachshunds who will sleep the whole time they are here. This fellow smirked at me, and basically said I could feel any way I wish to, and if I wanted to change hotels, I could. I booked through Expedia, and won't get my money back without making a federal case of it. Believe me, if I could without losing all my money I would. Nice room, btw, and good value for the room. But I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again if I can help it. I booked here because Holiday Inn Express has always exceeded my expectations. Except this time. Sleep in your car if you have business in Torrington, WY before staying here, folks.
