  Amazing place. Brand new renovation. Love the people especially the housekeepers name Lupe. She was sweetheart. They also have evening reception, pool and spa. Great place to stay during your long drive.

  The high ratings on Expedia were misleading. Newer remodel, overall condition is nice. Breakfast was very good. The room was disgusting. My bed had body fluids, dirt, makeup, public hair, eyelashes. The toilet had brown goo in the outlet from poor scrubbing. The ice machine doesn't look to have been cleaned in months. I changed the bedding with clean sheets they provided but found them to be clean but stained, and the blanket had dirt on it. The guy cleaning the rooms in the morning smelled very strongly of body odor.

  Beyond phenomenal experience! We really were impressed with the hotel, from the fact that they have a spotless lobby and immaculate room to the fact that the breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had. I can't tell you how happy we are that this hotel is now in Torrington. We have stayed at another highly rated hotel in Laramie and this one is miles ahead of it. Staff was nice and accommodating to our needs as we had an RV and they helped us find a place for it. Also, they are pet friendly, which is a great thing if you are traveling and need a clean hotel that takes pets. Lastly, I love that they have showers that are dedicated and lights in the bathroom that are night lights, but not too bright. You can't ask for better!

  The hotel has improved since my last stay. The hotel room was clean and the staff was courteous. I had a king size room and it was a nice room. While I had concerns about staying here again, it was a vast improvement over my last stay in September. Jorge was great at the front desk.

  Honest review and been here several times. They have a shuttle that they do not use to help their customers when in need. The wash area is not kept clean and is dirty. There is dog crap in the yard all around so you can't take a walk. Rooms need remodeling. Breakfast is decent and area is fairly clean there. Management makes you pay 10 dollar incendentals even after you have stayed before and take care of your room (we leave ours better than it was especially in cleaning) rude staff. They are not making the hoilday inn Express shine that's for sure.
